What is the Time Zone of the congress?
Please note that CaReMeLO 2025 and all sessions will take place in Central European Summer Time (GMT+02:00).

When will the virtual platform open?
The CaReMeLO 2025 Virtual Platform will open on 30 May 2025, 7:00 Central European Summer Time (GMT+02:00).
All delegates have access to the virtual platform during the congress, and for 3 months after.
How can I access the platform?
When the platform opens, you will be able to access it using the personalized credentials you have received via email. Your credentials for the Virtual Platform are non-transferable and are for your individual use only.
Please note the platform works best with Google Chrome. Browsing the platform on your phone might result in experiencing technical issues.
Will there be a possibility for Q&A during the sessions?
All sessions will be recorded in real-time and will include a live Q&A. Once you enter the live session, you will be able to see the Q&A option on the right and write your quieries for the speakers.
What if I can't attend a session?
If you can’t attend some of the sessions in real-time, you will have the opportunity to watch the recordings later.
